Weekly Digest – 11/09/08

What’s Weekly Digest?
So what’s Weekly Digest? Well, it’s where I’ll write about my thoughts on certain Anime which I want to talk about but didn’t have the chance as I don’t blog it or just wanted to add more information to one which I did blog about. Most of the time it’ll be about the Anime which I’ve watched during the week… but sometimes (like this one) I will just blog about any Anime that I saw via a random website (i.e. if I see something interesting, I’m talking about it). I’m not going to add any images any/all the Anime that I’m talking about in the Weekly Digests, but I will add one image or so to describe my mood while writing this post. Really depends if I think it’s needed or not. You can even call “Weekly Digest” “Weekly Thoughts”.
Bleach – 193
I just can’t stand it when the creators of Bleach shows Uryuu or some other characters that are not Ichigo fighting an enemy. I just can’t; it’s boring because they don’t use swords and I also consider them extremely weak. All I want to see is Ichigo getting his ass kicked or kicking someone’s ass. If Ichigo were to fight with his fists… I assure you I’ll start skipping those portions. I just have a fetish (I guess you can call it that) for swords. Sure Uryuu, Chad, Inoue, etc. are characters who brings a plot to the story, but those guys seem to get beaten up too much. Including when they mostly fight the weaker enemies. It just has no exciting action to me most of the time.
Pretty much in this episode I was skipping around the episode and somewhat watched as Szayel Aporro Granz tortured Uryuu. That was… kind of interesting, I guess? My attention to these parts are also kind of low because I read the Manga and already know what will happen. Oh and, another malice I have toward Bleach right now is that they spend a LONG time reviewing what has happened during the previous episode… in fact, episode 190 spent around half of the episode’s time REVIEWING what has happened so far from when they (Ichigo and friends) entered Aizen’s castle to when Ichigo defeats Grimmjow. I’m never thought I would have to say this, but I’m losing interest in Bleach.

Code Geass
While browsing 4chan, I noticed a few Code Geass threads. One thing that caught my eye was that it showed Lelouch alive and hopeful images where Lelouch has a Geass stigma right on his neck. That seems really probably that it could happen… I mean the last thing Charles ever did was try and choke his son (*chuckles*). Plus, Lelouch’s neck was never really shown after Charles disappeared, so it could be possible. Though for the images where it showed that Lelouch’s hand has the Geass stigma, I frown on because I looked at his hand… and trust me – there’s no stigma on his hands.

Touma, that’s no fair!
To Aru Majutsu no Index – 06
I could read this Manga, but I feel that my interest to it might just drop if I do… like it did Bleach and Toradora and probably many others. I just think that I agree with what other blogs said about the beginning – it took way too long for Touma to run to and cancel Index’s trance. I still don’t understand how he lost his memories, though. Did he lose it because a feather touched him or because he took the place of Index’s yearly memory destruction? Or really, let’s go back to episode one… HOW did Touma obtain “Image Breaker” (or is it really “Imagine Breaker?”) Styl spoke to some dude that’s upside down as well… who is he and is he an enemy or foe? I kind of like how that upside down guy talks :3 Sounds really evil and calming at the same time to me. Also, what is this “Deep Blood”? Show Spoilers ▼
There are so many questions, yet only a few are answered.

This is certainly a good idea, but it’s too bad you didn’t/don’t watch Ga-Rei -zero- because other than ToraDora! and Skip Beat! that’s the only anime I’m following this season. I used to follow To Aru Majutsu no Index but I eventually got bored of it :P
I really should be watching more Anime… but school is arduous… and procrastination is just a hectic process which doesn’t help at all.
To Aru Majutsu no Index is boring so far… but I’m going to watch it as it gives me the feeling of loli (i.e. Index looks like a loli… maybe she is one as well :P)
