Announcement: Recruiting Bloggers

Seriously, I never thought I would have to actually make a post dedicated to this, but school is harsh for me and so is time. So far the bloggers I’ve recruited are mainly real life friends and well, they also have a lot of trouble with school and such. My time is currently growing smaller and smaller so I can’t do everything I planned to do […]

Toshokan Sensou - 02

Chocolates = Pimples
So Kasahara was placed into the Special Library Task Force and was now supposed to hike in the woods or something. There was another person who was placed into the Task Force - Hikaru Tezuka. This guy was said to be extremely smart, which Kasahara couldn’t initially believe. Anyways, Kasahara asked Genda why they were dispatched to the woods, which his response was ‘just for fun’. Doujou and Tezuka explained to her that they wanted to get ready for, if it were to happen again, another Nightmare of Hino… because Kasahara didn’t pay attention in class. Tezuka also added some condescension afterwards to peeve Kasahara, but Doujou defended her.

Everyone had to do something military-related… like shooting at targets and jumping off a helicopter. For shooting, Tezuka was better. For jumping off a helicopter, Kasahara was better - she was even complimented by Doujou which surprised her… but was ended when he said, “What deserves to be acknowledged should be acknowledged.” When Tezuka went next, he was hesitant. Kasahara noticed this and thought if he was afraid of heights or something. Next, everyone had to go to the woods and watch out for bears now. Kasahara was deadly afraid of this, but was told to not worry.

Kasahara was too tired and fell, so Doujou told Tezuka to carry her shovel because it’s what team mates do. Later that day, Kasahara blurted out that she had to go to the bathroom… which she also realized was messed up. During the night which Kasahara was asleep in her tent… a BEAR appeared! She awoke quickly and BANG, she punched the bear right out of the tent. The next day, Shibaksaki was laughing out loud at the fact that Kasahara ACTUALLY punched a bear. Kasahara said that it was actually a senior in a bear COSTUME, which was kind of more hilarious because she still thought it was a bear. Komaki was also making fun of Doujou saying that Kasahara was the second “Doujou”. This insinuates to me that Doujou did something similar. When Kasahara was in the same room with Doujou, they pretty much had an atmosphere of animosity.

Everyone had to organize books next… which Kasahara didn’t know of any place and relied of Tezuka to help her. Tezuka actually told Doujou and Komaki, while next to Kasahara, that she didn’t know of anything and should have studied up on book organization. This time, Doujou didn’t help her much… he only told said his name in an angry manner. They left the room with a crying Kasahara. For the rest of the day, Kasahara tried to memorize book locations. She even stayed up late to try and learn it. Eventually, Doujou was worried and told Shibasaki to go and help her (or give her food to eat). After that, Kasahara got Shibasaki to help her memorize locations whilst eating chocolates… which caused her, the next day, to receive a whole face of pimples! Though, everything was worth it as she was able to memorize the locations and became less of a nuisance. Tezuka still didn’t acknowledge her.

Shibasaki noticed a list of books which were to be placed in the Curator’s office. All of a sudden, security alerts arose. The Media Improvement Force was acting up. To keep thing short, Shibasaki told everyone to go to the Curator’s office and apprehend the Media Improvement Force from trying to steal the books at the Curator’s office. Kasahara trusted Shibasaki’s words and got Tezuka to follow her… where when they got there, a MIF was already there with the books and was retreating. They chased them to the roof and restraint and… but the books went down to the ground. Tezuka was about to jump off the roof with a rope, but Kasahara told him that she knew he was afraid of heights; that he should do the shooting and she the jumping. With this, she jumped down and grabbed the books while the MIF was shooting at her… when all of a sudden Doujou appeared and took cover with her. He also chastised her for her irrational tactics.

At the end of the day, Kasahara was still trying to have a nice conversation with Tezuka. Alone. She thought he still didn’t like her because of his silence, but it was the opposite… He actually asked her to go out with him.

Well, this post only has 30 images (luckily). Another thing is that I expanded the image size to a max width of 200px.

Kasahara’s sleeping in class has caused her a lot of trouble. This is why kids shouldn’t sleep in class. You’ll have to start eating chocolates and learn how to do what you slept on overnight! And man oh man, everyone wants to hit on Kasahara. I don’t see why or how - maybe it’s because I don’t have a fetish for short haired gals. Plus that guy Tezuka seems really vainglorious, ‘ya know? He seems to know everything and spouts it out with a bit of condescension.

To add to it, I have a fetish (I guess you can call it that) for the main characters who first met to be together… I don’t really like Anime where the girl meets a guy, then meets another guy and starts to like this other guy. It makes me feel sorry for the first guy as he saw her first. Kind of like School Days and Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora. Definitely with Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora since I wanted Kuu to like Kyoshiro’s brother instead… he seemed more cool. Another one would be Shuffle! - I REALLY wanted Rin to get with Kaede.

[offtopic]I also learned the new word “Yandere” - where a cute, nice girl turns evil and does really disgusting things such as kill for the guy they like (School Days is a good example of Yandere, I believe).[/offtopic]
