As in, pausing the video and literally typing it out into notepad or on a piece of paper :p

What I really did:
Played video and rapidly typed out all that I saw. If I didn’t see it, I went back and wrote it down. It was fast and efficient :O
The fastest way would be to look up the video on NicoNico Douga. Usually some diligent person has already transcribed the lyrics and posted them onto the video, where you can easily copy & paste it as you listen.
@Atashi: If only I could read Japanese… to register and stuff ;(
Or you could just get the subtitle script from CoalGuys and copy and paste it out of that :p Or just rip the script out of the mkv itself, I’m pretty sure CoalGuys softsubs so it should be pretty easy to do that as well.
