Toradora – 10

Takasu tried to ask Minori out, but she immediately changed the subject. Kitamaru joins in with Tiger and Takasu to scare the shite out of Minori. Kitamaru actually planned with Minori to scare Tiger and Takasu instead. Takasu saw a hawt Ami. She was also going to assist Takasu in scaring Minori, but she questioned why he was going to do it. He didn’t respond so she said she wasn’t going to assist him anymore. In the meantime, Kitamaru was setting up traps in a cave that Ami knew of. Later Ami decided to help convince Minori to go to the cave… the cave had a lot of crappy traps that scared Minori. When Ami and Takasu separated from the group, she started to talk about how she’s perfect for him. Soon Minori screamed and the two rushed to where Tiger was at. When the two reached the location in which Tiger was at, Kitamaru jumped into a hole which Minori was swallowed in. A lot of weird noise started to arise and Tiger jumped into the hole as well. The fun ended with the culprits being Minori and Kitamaru. Minori admitted that she actually loved scary things. The two started telling that they knew that Tiger and Takasu were trying to scare Minori, but didn’t know why. Because they thought the tactics Tiger and Takasu used was crappy, they thought of showing them how to REALLY scare someone.

In the beach, Ami went back into the taboo subject of love with Takasu (now about Minori). Besides that, Minori asked Takasu why he wanted to scare her; it wasn’t like him as far as she knew. He “lied” saying that he wanted to show her that extraterrestrial things (i.e. ghosts) exist and that she shouldn’t stop believing and shouldn’t stop trying to find them. Soon, fireworks shot up and Takasu pointed to them and said they were UFOs… and Minori also said they were UFOs which exploded.

Next Episode:

After seeing this episode, I really couldn’t think of Minori the same as I did before. I thought she was some sort of airhead who was really afraid of extraterrestrial happenings. She surprised me further by showing me that she understands a situation more than others may think and is also a great actor. What I don’t get is if she really “loves” as she also mentioned that she doesn’t really know what love really is; she never had a boyfriend before. In the previous episode, she didn’t go right into answer the question on if she had a boyfriend and in this episode, she veered the topic to something else. She’s a really unique person and well, seems like a perfect woman. Though, right now I like Ami the most :P
