Sora no Manimani is OK
So I just watched another new series: Sora no Manimani. I read the Manga in the beginning but then noticed there was an Anime for it. So I thought, “What the hell?” The Manga wasn’t too bad. I watched it. I wasn’t impressed much. So I compiled a short list of 5 things that I saw in this series and are giving it a rating from 0 to 10.
- Is logically like real life (i.e. Splice of Life)? 4 – Most things that happened I could not relate to real life. In fact, to me, it’s relatively impossible for such a girl to exist.
- Has a manly protagonist? 4 – Reading is a manly thing to do, but the following are not: Running away from a women, being tsundere (tsundere is only for women, fool), being amazed by stars, running away from your “fears,” giving a girl the suffix “chan” when you claimed to have been disgusted by her, and crying . Only few men can cry and still be manly, and Saku isn’t one of them.
- Has hot girls? 6 – Some are kind of hot, some aren’t. They kind of look like little kids and that = loli.
- Is the female protagonist tsundere and is not annoying and as a result, is not an airhead? 2 – No, they aren’t and I am disheartened at that fact.
- Grabs my attention and makes me want to watch the next episode? 2 – I don’t feel like watching the next episode; it’s just something that I will likely watch when I have nothing better to do.
So in all, this series gets an 18/50 in my book. Not that impressive :\ But don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike it or anything. It just didn’t impress me enough to want to do episodic posts about it nor does it impress me enough to want to watch the next episode once it comes out.

Lol, the male tsundere part surprised me. Haven’t seen that in a long time.
