Seriously, I never thought I would have to actually make a post dedicated to this, but school is harsh for me and so is time. So far the bloggers I’ve recruited are mainly real life friends and well, they also have a lot of trouble with school and such. My time is currently growing smaller and smaller so I can’t do everything I planned to do […]

Shakugan no Shana II - 24 [End]

Shana, please stop shining!
So Shana continued to fight Hecate and Wilhelmina with Sydonay. Soon, Shana and Wilhelmina went to the clock tower to rest. It was then that they realized that Sydonay and Hecate didn’t want to attack - it was of importance to them. Yoshida, on the other hand, was hallucinating - she thought she used the Hougo from Pheeles and thought she just lost her life. Luckily, she gained consciousness and remembered what Shana said about bringing Sakai back for their challenge. Sakai was lucky - he saw Shana fighting and knew that things should be OK. He continued forward in the clock tower, destroying robots with his fireball. To add to it, it seemed that Sakai was ‘gaining’ more Power of Existance while asleep…
When Wilhelmina and Shana combined their powers to attack little ole Hecate, Sydonay grabbed her and jumped away. Shana and Wilhelmina believed that Sakai would be OK, but Dantalion said that it’s all ok - his defense system would find and exterminate him. Wilhelmina allowed Shana to go inside the clock tower while she fought Sydonay and Hecate.
Shana was inside the clock tower and actually found him. She was happy, but then sad to see that Sakai was going transparent. She jumped on him and gave him a ‘hug’. Sakai told her that they’ll get the Reiji Maigo - together. Hecate, on the other hand, was unleashing a seal or something; she destroyed her circular barrier and the ‘clock tower’ became a knight which everyone could see.
Shana and Sakai found the Silver Knight and attacked it. The Silver Knight obliviously had more power than them. Sakai was able to detect that the Silver Knight had his Reiji Maigo inside it’s heart and told Shana that. Shana fiercely gathered her powers and was striking at it, and the Silver Knight thought that Shana was a bird… this shocked Hecate. The Silver Knight independently tried to let the ‘bird’ land on it’s hand… but that bird jumped away from it and blasted it with fire instead. With a finishing strike by Sakai’s sword, the Silver Knight ‘died’ (Unconfirmed).
With that, everything was ending. The ‘clock tower knight’ was crumbling, Hecate teared a bit, Dantalion dumbstrucked, and Yoshida seeing Sakai as one whole again. The funny thing, though, is that Shana and Yoshida continued to ‘who will Sakai pick?’ thing. With little things really shown, Shana saw someone/thing and smiled happily. Maybe it’s Sakai! That Pedophile!
Throughout the WHOLE episode, Shana was waaay too shiny. The shininess had no end. I swear. Someone needs to really clip off Shana’s wings. For one thing, I think the wings can cause a giant silver robot/knight to go delusional. I mean, how else can the Silver lose? Because Shana hypnotizes people! There is absolutely no reason besides that for my cute Hecate to lose! Take away the wings, and Yoshida will probably be the one that Sakai chose.
Thinking back, Shakugan no Shana just doesn’t seem to be of my interest anymore. I don’t think I’ll be blogging any Season III unless it actually has something cool in it - like more (and better) fighting. Season II just feels like a total random mock to me - it didn’t really solve any problems. In fact, it probably created more. My main question would always be: What will become of Hecate? She seems to be getting more emotions, right?
As for the reason of why I haven’t blogged in awhile, I’ve had a pretty random schedule. Let’s just leave it at that.
I just want my Konoe back :(
