- Goes back to Hakuo where the students are singing the school’s song.
- Hayate barely passed his test to move onto the next grade; was teased by Klause.

- Kuzuha was going to get a magical hat.
- Hinagiku wanted to congratulate Hayate.
- Hayate is captured and, back to the beginning, bribed to leave Nagi. He refuses.
- During his conversation with the capturer (Alastair), he showed a video clip of Hayate… recorded by the three baka-girls.
- While Isumi is in bondage by wires, Wataru gets pushed on top of Isumi with the “help” of Sakuya.
- Hayate drops his present box.
- Nagi’s testing out her food. It’s edible, but still sucks.
- Box gets smacked by a wooden sword, a robot, a baseball bat, and etc.
- Box goes to various places including: Saki’s purse, to seagulls, then to Himuro, who at the time was going to Brazil
- During this time, the pendant that Mikado gave Hayate was glowing.
- Hayate returns to the Nagi residence with the box, gets congratulated for passing by Nagi.
- Nagi tells Hayate that the bond between them is not based on money.
- Hayate cries on Nagi’s shoulder.
- Mikado was testing Hayate; if he accepted $150 million to leave Nagi, he would have been fired.
I’m going to try a new method of blogging; I’m just going to point out things which I thought were interesting in the episode.
Overall this episode wasn’t that interesting. It was, though, interesting that Mikado still wanted to kick Hayate out of the Butler business. I’m kind of wondering now if Hayate will be in the same class as Nagi or not. I mean, he went up one grade but Nagi’s way more smart than Hayate (school wise). And Sakuya… does she like Wataru or something? That’s the only other reason I can kind of see for her to give up her position in Hakuo and her blushing. Maybe she’s just a shy girl in the inside. I wonder if Mikado will appear again to try and kick Hayate out in Season 2.
Well, I’m almost at the last episode. Kind of sad, but it was somewhat fun to watch Hayate no Gotoku. I can’t wait to watch episode 52 later because there loli-er Nagi is there! What can make a guy’s day better than to see the loli-er version of Nagi. I do think that there should be some Hayate romance with someone… and by romance I don’t mean flirting around, I mean actual physical (not sexual) contact. But as Hayate looks at Nagi as a younger sister, I don’t think that will happen. Maybe he’ll get Hinagiku :3
