Hayate no Gotoku! – 50
~Tima
Hayate tried to get Nagi to wake up, but she didn’t. He had to take the bed away from Nagi so that she could kinda get out of bed. He showed her a newspaper but she wasn’t interested… but immediately looked at it again because she saw something that glimmered in her eyes. She tried to call all her friends (Isumi, Sakuya, etc…) to go with her to a tournament. Unfortunately they were all preoccupied, so Hayate had to go find a partner for her UNLESS he wanted to dress up as a girl for Nagi. Of course, he went out to the streets and started to find someone… and that someone was Nishizawa the Hamster! He asked her if she would go to the Touranment… with Nagi. Hamster said “Yes!” but then was like “wha…?”
In the games, Misses Tima (Mao) was a hostess and the Narrator the hoster + emcee. The basic thing that happened was that every participant were given questions and had to go to X or O; if they hit the wrong one they lose and had to go. For the first two, they both argued on who was right; Nagi was right the first and Nishizawa the second. For the third one, it allowed the participants to call someone to ask a question. Hayate thought HE would be called, but instead it was Maria. They preceded to the next round – finding an envelope with the “right card”. After various tries, Nagi (Who had a cramp from “running”) and Hamster found the right one. They were given a question and Hamster answered it correctly. For the next round, Nagi won as it was similar to a situation in an Anime she watched, which was on how to escape a locked room.
The last round was about answering questions and not falling down a slide. For some reason, Hinagiku was dragged to the tournament by Miki. Initially, Hinagiku was answering all the answers and pretty much nearly got Nagi and Hamster to fall down. Luckily, Hamster was able to save Nagi from falling and started to magically answer questions because they realized that they were in the tournament for one main reason: To have a Hayate Trophy (Nagi) and to get tickets to Shamoo with Hayate (Hamster). After awhile, Hinagiku was high enough to go queasy and fall; Nagi and Hamster won! At the end of the day, Hamster and Nagi had what they wanted; Nagi with her Trophy and Hamster in Shamoo eating meat with Hayate and Nagi.
Hot shot:
Two more episodes until I finish this! That’s a good thing yet a bad. Good because well, I’ll have finally finished a series that I’ve been watching. Bad because this series was funny and cool; would be awesome if it were to continue and get more in-depth with the history of Himegami and stuff. I mean, I wanna see how powerful Himegami was; don’t you? He took the rare armor and then left… so really, what did he do with it? I’ll be damned if they don’t make a second season of Hayate no Gotoku.
It’s weird that Hamster would say yes to anything that Hayate says if it were to start with something that gives the tension that he’s asking her out or something. But I guess it’s normal since she loves (or is a more proper term ‘like’?) Nagi was at the competition to get a trophy that looks like Hayate… so she is probably… CRAZY! Hamster was there for… food? C’mon, that sounds equally ludicrous. What’s so good about Shamoo anyways? All in all, I think Hamster and Nagi make a great team when they both understand one another. I guess the understanding they had was that they both love Hayate and wanted to get something about him or with him.

Now isn’t that the truth?
