- Hayate sits with Isumi, who in the last episode bought Hayate from Nagi; Nagi was no better than Hayate’s parents.
- Nagi feels remorse. Tries to make a plan to get back Hayate.
- Gilbert appears, again. He has a plan of fake-attacking Nagi or something like that (with a robot made by Makimura) to get Hayate to save her.
- Sakuya reveals that Gilbert is her illegitimate half-brother.
- Makimura unconsciously adds the tormented emotions chip from Eight-kun to Gilbert’s robot. Causes it to go
berserk and attack any girl with pigtails and butlers.
- Nagi hair goes down (KAWAII!) and Saki hair goes pig-tailed. Robot attacks her instead.
- Wataru saves Saki. Hayate saves Nagi.
- Hayate goes berserk-eyed and destroys the robot.
- Hayate returns to Nagi. The two watches as Gilbert burns to the ground with his robot.

Next Episode:

Well, right now it seems kind of dumber to blog episodes descending from 26 to 1… it doesn’t exactly make a lot of sense, really. But either way, I’ll do it for the sake of being chronological. Anyways, this episode was pretty much after when Isumi bought Hayate from a pissed of Nagi. Being the prideful girl she is, Nagi accepts it and drops Hayate from her life. Kind of weird, don’t you think? Some random guy is recruited to be her butler and she likes him… but once she doesn’t like something, she drops it. Either way, Hayate was nice enough to go back to her. He’s like, way can be easily abused.

We are also reintroduced to the dumb guy named Gilbert – Sakuya’s illegitimate half brother. He’s like, a useless character. Only there to annoy people in the show. What I thought was funny, though, was when Eight found out that Makimura … which pretty much caused the robot Gilbert got to malfunction (*coughs*) and attack anyone with pigtails. I really thought “Good-bye Saki!” when Nagi’s guards made her hair into a ponytail. What’s weird, though, was that the shota Wataru appeared. I would’ve never expected him to save her; he didn’t seem to be the type to do that kind of stuff.
