Seriously, I never thought I would have to actually make a post dedicated to this, but school is harsh for me and so is time. So far the bloggers I’ve recruited are mainly real life friends and well, they also have a lot of trouble with school and such. My time is currently growing smaller and smaller so I can’t do everything I planned to do […]

Bamboo Blade - 04
Posted by Aizen on December 17th, 2007 at 10:31 PM
Saya thought about meeting Miya - of her “darkness”. She was using it as a reference to her story, but stopped because she couldn’t think. Kojiro’s teaching Miya and Eita how to swing a bamboo blade downward. He was plain useless as he just said the old “Practice makes perfect”. Kirino suggests Tama to teach the class about kendo, which she does. Kojiro wonders about “Where’s Blue (Saya)?”, which Kirino doesn’t even know. He thinks back to the past about her.
Saya trains with Kirino, but lost. She complains that Kojiro’s the one that’s the cause of her lost - his unwillingness to teach. She gets pissed off and the guys laughed at her. Saya started to attack them. Kirino says that Saya can become stronger than her one day. Saya quits. Later, she came back and challenged Kirino again. Later on, she took off her helmet-thing and had a ridiculous hairdo and left again. Tama seems to be teaching the class better than Kojiro. Kojiro and Kirino smoked the Kendo Class because Saya left last time because she saw a roach. The class is to start training in the morning.
Ishibashi (Kojiro’s old senpai) wanted the girls to train better, but they complained and bargained that they don’t want to do training camp. He said he’d think about it IF THEY WIN. He picks out 5 girls for the battle. Saya thinks about what to write, but fails. She couldn’t ride her bike because it’s in the bike shop. She thinks about contacting Kirino via cell phone. Kirino finished taking a bath, and looks at her cell phone. It was Saya, writing about what she really wanted to do and stuff - but after a few sentences Kirino closed her cell phone thinking it was too long.
Miya saw Kojiro and was acting nice, but he said she doesn’t need to place on an act when Eita’s not around. She thought about her real self. Kirino popped up out of nowhere and said that Miya must’ve been ready for practice. Saya was supposed to fight with Kirino, but she complained the armor was smelly. Out of nowhere, Saya (Sayako) appeared with dark circles under her eyes and Miya remembered about pushing her to the river. Kojiro was about to introduce Pink (Miya), but she disappeared. Saya started to talk about guitar playing and crap. She was left alone. The there kohais walked to school. Saya saw them and was excited. Miya was now supposed to train with Kirino.
Miya started to train about hitting spots which will allow her to win. Miya was talking about hating to wear that armor, but had to because that “annoyance” was there (Saya). She said it was good because hitting people is fun. She turned black and violently attacked. Kojiro asked as to why she was trying to avoid Saya. She told him and he laughed. He told her to just apologize - Saya wasn’t the one to hold grudges. Miya compliments that Kojiro’s finally acting like a teacher. Eita appears an shows Miya that his wound is healed.
Miya walked into Saya’s class with Saya being scared as shit because of what happened before and with Miya looking mean. She apologized. Saya called for Miya and gave her her sword that Saya accidentally made her lose. Miya trained with Saya, violently again.
Well I wasn’t expecting to blog this anime this late. It was a episode of full… nothing-usefulness kinda thing. Probably the teaching of Tama to the kids was the only good part. I can’t say I expect ALOT from the current Bamboo Blade episodes - as it’s already released as a Manga. If I hadn’t read the Manga, I might have been more… euphoric as to blog it.
Oh and notes:
Kojiro = Toraji
Ishibashi = Toraji’s Senpai
Wikipedia, bish :)

“It was a episode of full… nothing-usefulness kinda thing.”
Lol what? It was a good episode that developed Miya’s personality. Also, Saya.
Well yea, that’s true. Maybe it was one of those things which if-I-already-saw-I-don’t-really-like kinda thing.
