From the simplest to the most complicated, from the most innocent to the most evil, from the best to the worst, from the most popular to the most infamous. No matter where you look you’ll find something that reminds you of anime. They are flashy, stylish, infinite, eternal and can be found in any form. Come on, you already know that the Earth rotates around animated personnels. It can be a mascot, it can be an advertising tool it can be an anime character, it can be everything. The question? Why do we love them so much? Of course, I wouldn’t make a post to answer this. There are loads of answers, each individual has a different one and each one them can be argued. This post isn’t gonna argue something, isn’t gonna reveal something and of course it’s not gonna oppose something. This is just a dedication, a proof of admiration or whatever you cal it to anime personnels and their qualities.

Eyes This is something that I personally has discussed many times before. Anime characters have adorable eyes! Big, sparkling and in every color you can imagine. Everyone desires for anime eyes. They are most expressive and most attractive. Anime eyes can be as deep as you wish. We’ve seen many variations. Normal-looking eyes for carefree and happy-go-lucky characters, fierce eyes for our lovely bishes and sneaky witches, hollow eyes for cold-hearted and cool characters, mono-colored ovals for monsters and eye-patches for bashful or stoic individuals.

Expressions How wanted! The perfection of variation. Drops, crosses, clouds, spots, exclamations, dull faces and more. Probably on of the animes’ strongest points if not the strongest one. No matter how well-drawn we love those expressions. They make you fully understand how the character feels and make the lines easier to comprehend. If we had those too we would express ourselves less awkwardly and we’d also laugh at the sight.

Style The best clothes are the ones that anime characters wear hands down! They can as complicated and as flashy as we want them to be. Every fashion designer’s muse. Once again, a wanted product that everyone loves. This quality has also taken real form. Cosplays have spread all around the world. Even Halloween and carnivals are forms of cosplay in the real world. Some people spend millions on it.

Personality I’ll keep this short for obvious reasons. An anime character can have a personality as flexible and variable as a human being. After all, it’s a personality. Fictional personalities are a true wonder. They can be adjusted so as to suit the character the best and make a perfect villain, a perfect friend, a perfect lover, a perfect person. A characters personality is what attracts people and make it most popular or most bishy. We spend hours chatting about our favorite character’s personality. Some people can make a post for a specific character that will be twice as long as this post. It is truly remarkable.

Design So commented, an anime’s design is one of the criteria we take into consideration before we chose what to watch and what not. It can be really hasty but it can also be extremely realistic. As times passes, the animes’ design become more and more realistic but still there are some animators that like to keep it classic. Detailed or not, the outline of an animated shape is what makes it appealing and worth observing.

Popularity We have seen many anime personnels but only a few can reach our hearts and live on. Some of them have become pleasant, some of them have become classic and some of them have become GODS (See Haruhi). Most of them have taken real form and become figurines, plushies, fliers, mascots, idols etc. The sure thing is, that each one of them has its own fanclub xD
